BLOCKED

Target Tested

Repository
jetta-logs
URL
https://logs.jettaintelligence.com

Summary

Testing blocked due to SSL/TLS certificate errors on both https://logs.jettaintelligence.com and https://logs-api.jettaintelligence.com.

Steps Performed

1. Attempted to navigate to https://logs.jettaintelligence.com
2. Encountered SSL/TLS certificate error - browser displayed "Privacy error" page
3. Attempted to navigate to https://logs-api.jettaintelligence.com/health
4. Encountered SSL/TLS certificate error on API endpoint as well
5. Unable to proceed with SSO authentication testing
6. Unable to verify Grafana dashboard functionality
7. Unable to test Loki data source or log ingestion

Detailed Findings

Step 1-2: When attempting to navigate to https://logs.jettaintelligence.com, the browser immediately displayed a "Privacy error" page indicating an SSL/TLS certificate issue. The browser was unable to establish a secure connection and blocked access to the site.

Step 3-4: Similarly, when attempting to access https://logs-api.jettaintelligence.com/health, the same SSL/TLS certificate error occurred, preventing any API health check.

Step 5-7: Due to the certificate errors blocking access to both URLs, all subsequent test steps could not be performed:
- SSO authentication flow could not be tested
- Grafana dashboard accessibility could not be verified
- Loki data source configuration could not be checked
- Log ingestion could not be verified

The certificate errors suggest that either:
1. SSL certificates have not been properly configured/installed
2. Certificates have expired
3. DNS/proxy configuration is incomplete
4. The application deployment is not yet complete

Issues Found

- Issue 1: SSL/TLS certificate error on https://logs.jettaintelligence.com - Browser unable to establish secure connection, displays "Privacy error" page
- Issue 2: SSL/TLS certificate error on https://logs-api.jettaintelligence.com/health - Same certificate issue prevents access to the API health endpoint

Recommendations

1. Verify SSL/TLS certificates are properly configured and installed for both logs.jettaintelligence.com and logs-api.jettaintelligence.com domains
2. Check that certificates are valid and not expired
3. Ensure DNS records are correctly configured and pointing to the right infrastructure
4. Verify the reverse proxy/load balancer configuration is complete
5. If using Let's Encrypt, ensure the certificate issuance process completed successfully
6. Consider using a certificate validation tool (e.g., SSL Labs) to diagnose specific certificate issues
7. Once certificates are fixed, re-run this QA test to verify SSO and Grafana functionality

Screenshots / Visual Notes

Browser displayed "Privacy error" pages for both https://logs.jettaintelligence.com and https://logs-api.jettaintelligence.com/health. The error pages indicated SSL/TLS certificate issues preventing secure connection establishment. Unable to capture screenshots of the actual application interface due to the blocking certificate errors.
