Test API key generation flow

1. Navigate to https://artemis.jettaintelligence.com
2. Log in with SSO
3. Navigate to the API Keys section
4. Click "Create New Key"
5. Fill in the key name and select permissions
6. Submit the form
7. Copy the generated API key
8. Verify the key appears in the keys list

- Login should redirect through Jetta SSO
- API Keys page should list existing keys
- Create form should validate required fields
- Generated key should be displayed once (security)
- New key should appear in the list immediately
- Key should have correct permissions assigned
